EMBRACING CHANGE IN THE FACE OF ADVERSITY
We had the pleasure of creating a 3-day event which gave our client the opportunity to host their 200 Franchisee owners first the first time since lockdown, to meet their new CEO, and socialize with fellow owners after having their industry closed.
Emotions were high as they nervously navigated travel & crowds for the first time in 2 years, all in the hopes to hear the much anticipated “Sales & Strategy” narrative, to guide them through the hardest business times that they had ever faced.
When a brand faces hard times as these, there is a dire need for even MORE care, communication and transparency to come through, to allow for everyone to be inspired, & reconnect brand loyalty towards their brand revolution!
Instead of the common fall back where companies shy away from facing the facts, facing the learnings, facing the changes towards the way forward. This then needs to be communicated through a creative celebration of all of your senses. From the moment your guest arrivals, their sight, sound, smell and touch senses were elevated towards the brands elevation of energy, positivity, and the bright future ahead! This now replaces the current negative narrative that has darkened their perspectives for such a long hard 2 years. This shift of narratives through your event is paramount!
